Mission Accomplished

It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce that the extension to Our Mother's Home is now finished! It houses a beautiful learning center for the residents, complete with computers. It also has a large meeting room for group counseling/mentoring and much-needed office space.

The Junior League of Fort Myers contributed the "finishing touches" in the form of drapes, blinds, rugs, desks etc. These delightful ladies provided all of the above and then spent an entire Saturday installing them.

The beautiful new addition was in desperate need of some landscaping love! Jim Boesch stepped up to the dandelions and arranged for Pinnacle Landscape owned by Britton Dudley to donate time, labor, and plants. We now have a beautiful garden!

We are truly blessed to be helped by such a devoted group of volunteers.

Open House

On Sunday, March 25th, we celebrated our new Learning Center Expansion with an Open House. Over 100 people toured our wonderful new addition and got to meet our residents and babies, who just shone and charmed our visitors. It was a wonderful opportunity to thank the many people in our community who have helped us over the years. It also gave us the opportunity to explain to them our next dream of a transition duplex.
