Do you share our passion for empowering young women and children? Are you efficient and organized? As the Administrative Assistant at Our Mother’s Home, your role is key to maintaining a well-ordered office. Your responsibilities would include answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, and assisting with data entry.
Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
Support Our Mother’s Home’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Conduct background checks
Licensing and contract renewals
Assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Execute high-quality gift entry and revenue tracking using Donor Management System (DMS).
Take house calls, respond to emails, receive and distribute physical mail as needed.
Efficiently and accurately enter data into our Donor Management System.
Respect the confidentiality of residents, staff, and volunteers.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic, independent, and self-motivated.
Cooperative, diplomatic, and relates well with all types of people.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks
Strong data entry, typing, and computer skills
Strong organizational skills and desire to learn additional skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to bend over and lift up to 20lbs
Valid driver’s license and car insurance
Pass FDLE background screening and fingerprinting
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday
Healthcare Reimbursement of $200 per month
MD Live Telemed Services (24/7 access to doctors via phone and video)
